Super fast to prepare and cook, the only thing that takes a bit of time is cooking the rice

Before starting with the minced pork first start cooking your rice, the easiest way is a rice cooker.

Once the rice is nearly ready (15 - 20 mins out) start preparing:

Dice the onion and the bell pepper.

Mince all the garlic.

Then start cooking, first add the oil to a wok on medium heat.

Once the oil is hot stir fry the minced pork till everything is brown. Remove the minced pork from the wok.

In the same wok add garlic and chilis and fry until fragrant.

Then add the onion and bell pepper and fry for a few minutes. Then add back the pork and the thai basil.

Add the soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar.

Drizzle with the lime juice and serve with hot white rice. (You can also add a sunny side egg on top for extra delishness.)
