Ingredients
- A bundle of asparagus
- Some bacon
- Garlic (1-2 cloves)
- Ground red chili
- Butter
- Oil
- Sriracha Sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
First fry the bacon till crispy and golden, take the bacon out of the pan and let them dry.
While the bacon is frying slice asparagus (1-2 cm pieces) and mince the garlic.
Start boiling the pasta following the instructions of the package.
When the right time start fry the garlic, chili and sriracha for a minute in butter and oil.
Once fragrant add the asparagus and saute until the consistency is right, ideally its a bit crisp on the outside while a bit soft on the inside.
Right before the asparagus is done add bacon and parmesan chese.
Serve on top of the pasta while hot.
