Kimhci fried pork belly
This is a very taste, very easy and quick dish to cook
Ingredients for 2 people
- 3-400 grams of sliced pork belly
- 4-5 mushrooms - sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- Scallion
- 300 grams of kimchi
- 1.5 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gonchujang
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- Rice
Instructions
Start cooking the rice before doing anything. When the rice is ready (in a rice cooker) start the rest:
- Slice onion(s) and mushrooms
- Slice pork belly.
Heat a wok on high heat till it's nearly smoking.
Then add 2 tablespoons of oil and add the sliced mushrooms. Cook for a few mins.
Add one more table spoon of oil and add the pork belly, cook for a minute or until slightly caramelized.
Add the sliced oninion, kimchi & sugar cook for ~3 minutes.
Add the Gonchujang and cook for another minute.
Serve on top of the rice and topped with scallion
