Ingredients
- Plain mushrooms
- Onion, any will do, red
- Lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- Parsley
- Fresh rosemary and thyme
Instructions
Mince the garlic, chop the ony and cut the mushrooms if needed.
Heat a pan with olive oil.
Add mushrooms + salt and pepper, fry until golden brown and they have started reducing.
Add onion and let it brown for a bit.
Add garlic, herbs, lemon juice, parsley & white wine. Let it evaporate and add a lemon zest.
Then add a few sticks of butter
