Dirty Brekkie

Inspired by one of my favourite breakfast dishes that the restaurant doens't serve no more :|

Ingredients for 2 people

Instructions

Slice the potatoes into uniform slices, roughly .5 cm thick.

Slice the sausages if needed.

Cut the mushrooms into quarters

Cut the tomatoes into halves

Slice the avocado.

First heat a pan on low-medium heat, add a bit of butter and then fry the eggs sunny side up.

Once the eggs are ready take them off the pan and put aside, in the same pan add the mushrooms, potatoes and sausages and sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking.

Fry while stirring, once everything is golden brown and cooked turn of the heat.

Plate it by first putting potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado and suasages and then the sunny side up eggs lightly sprinkel some sriracha sauce on it.

Voila you have dirty brekkie
