Instructions

Dethaw the udon: Pour boiled hot water to soften the udon. DO NOT soak the udon in the water for too long. Once the udon has become softened, drain the water and set aside.

Get the green ready: Similar to the udon, add in hot water in the veggie and let it sit. Drain the water and and set aside. This not only clean the veggie also soften the veggie so it reduces the cooking time.

Cook the main course: Heat up the pan with some oil. Add in chopped garlic. Fry the beef util 60%. Take out the beef and set aside. Add in udon and the sauce. Mix well and once the sauce has slightlly thickened, add in the veggie. Cook the veggie until they are wilted, add in the cooked beef and stir for another minute or so.
